📄️Onboard Group

Create new Groups in EmpowerID to organize users and control access to resources and systems

Add individual users to existing Groups to grant them access to group-based resources and permissions

Add service accounts and system accounts to existing Groups to grant them access to group-based resources and systems

Remove user accounts from existing Groups to revoke their access to group-based resources and systems

Modify the basic attributes and properties of existing Groups to update their configuration and settings

Add or remove local function assignments to Groups to control access to specific system functions and capabilities

Modify automatic membership policies for Groups to control who automatically receives group assignments based on organizational attributes

Permanently remove Groups from EmpowerID when they are no longer needed or used

Configure IAM Shop settings for Groups to control visibility, requestability, and access policies in the self-service portal

Update ownership and deputy assignments for existing Groups to ensure proper governance and access management
