Publishing Resources to the IT Shop

In order for users to shop for resources, those resources must first be published to the IT Shop. Resource owners and other administrative users can do this at any time by setting the Allow Access Requests property (Allow Join Group Requests for Groups) to true on those resources for which they have the delegations to do so. (Conversely, resources can be removed from the IT Shop by setting the Allow Access Requests property to false.)
